SocializioZ provides AI-assisted social media planning, drafting, scheduling, and publishing workflows across supported integrations.

3. AI and Autonomous Features Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs are suggestions and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unsuitable content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving final content before publication.
• You are responsible for legal, regulatory, and platform compliance of published content.
• SocializioZ does not guarantee engagement, reach, revenue, or campaign performance.

4. Acceptable Use and API Misuse

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, deceptive manipulation, harmful automation, or security abuse. API misuse, credential abuse, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

• You remain responsible for compliance with connected platform terms (such as Meta, TikTok, and other providers).
• Third-party API limitations, policy changes, or outages may affect functionality.
• We may limit or disable integration functionality where required for security, compliance, or provider changes.

6. Subscription, Billing, Renewal, and Refunds

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You authorize recurring billing for your selected plan and billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we may retry or limit access until payment is resolved.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Billing Policy.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your content and grant SocializioZ a limited license to process it for service delivery.
• SocializioZ branding, software, and design assets remain our property unless otherwise stated.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud risk, legal requirements, or threats to service integrity.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocializioZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a revised version/date and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
