Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited use of SocializioZ. It applies to all users, workspaces, and integrations.
1. Illegal and Harmful Activity
- Illegal content, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive targeting.
- Distribution of malware or malicious links.
2. Spam and Platform Abuse
- Mass unsolicited campaigns or engagement manipulation.
- Automation that violates third-party platform rules.
- Attempts to evade platform enforcement policies.
3. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
- Impersonating people, brands, or organizations.
- Misleading claims about identity, sponsorship, or affiliation.
4. Political and Manipulative Operations
- Coordinated deceptive campaigns or synthetic astroturfing.
- Manipulative influence operations using autonomous automation.
- Use intended to suppress, intimidate, or mislead voters.
5. Security and API Misuse
- Unauthorized access attempts against our systems or APIs.
- Credential sharing, token abuse, or scraping beyond policy limits.
- Reverse engineering where disallowed by applicable law and terms.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content restrictions, suspension, token revocation, workspace lock, or account termination.
